We have a full compliment off commercial grade fitness and resistance training equipment and cater to all levels from beginners through to athletes, and work closely with a number of local physio therapists on rehabilitation programming.

Here’s what you need to know about our gym services.

What membership options do you offer?

We offer a variety of membership options to suit your needs. From flexible month-to-month plans to annual commitments, find the plan that works for you. Enjoy access to all our facilities and the Muay Thai classes when you join on the APEX Gold option!

What facilities does the gym have?

Topshape has a full commercial gym fit out – cardio equipment including a stair climber by Matrix.  Pin loaded and free weight commercial resistance equipment in the main gym.  We also have 2 wet room showers if you want to come early before work.  And plenty of free parking. 

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we have certified personal trainers available. They can help create a customized workout plan tailored to your goals, ensuring you get the most out of your fitness journey. 

We also offer a PT starter pack for $99 which gives you 2 x 45 minute blast sessions, and a 30 day paper plan.  Everything you need to get started!

What are your gym hours?

Our gym is open 24/7 – so you can come in anytime that suits you. 

Our staffed hours are 2pm to 7pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to midday on Saturdays. 

Are there classes available?

Yes.  We are the official home of APEX MUAY THAI, and run classes for beginner to intermediate members at 6pm week nights. 

The more advanced fighters train at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  

Apex Muay Thai is an active fight club and there is an extra fee to participate. 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership anytime with a 30 written notice provided it is out of term.

If you are still within your minimum term you can still cancel by paying a $100 break fee.

Is there a trial membership?

No, we don’t offer trial or casual memberships – never have. 

If you are new to the area or it’s your first time coming into the gym, stop in anytime during staffed hours and you can have a train on us. 

Our equipment is full commercial and paid for by our longstanding and loyal member base.  Casual trainers are great but at the risk of damage or people not respecting the gym for how great it is – we prefer to keep it members only. 

Do you provide parking?

Yes, we offer free parking for all members. 

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a valid ID, comfortable workout clothing, and water. If you have any specific equipment, feel free to bring it along. We can’t wait to meet you!

How do I sign up?

You can sign up online through our website or visit us at the gym. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the registration process.

How old do you have to be to join?

All members must be a minimum of 14 years of age. Any member under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian co-sign the membership agreement. (And, in doing so agree to the rules and terms of the membership)

If you are under 16 you can use the gym during daytime hours only, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian outside of staffed hours.
