Apex Muay Thai does not enforce long-term contracts, but everybody starts with an initial 3 months commitment. We’re making a 2-way commitment: our coaches spend extra time with you so you can learn the basics, and you commit to 3 months of sticking with it!
After the three months you can cancel with one month notice at any time.
Yes. Marc is available for one on one pad work, 45-min blast sessions (fitness), and HIIT training.
As an APEX GOLD member you also have access to engage the strength and conditioning coaches in the the main gym.
Bags and pads are provided – the only equipment you will need to purchase will be your own wraps and gloves.
Those progressing into the advanced sessions will need a mouth guard, shin pads, groin guard, and head gear.
We recommend you buy them directly through the club to save you money.
Yes, we have plenty of free parking available right by the entrance for your convenience.
We cater for all levels and you can progress at our own pace.
Muay Thai Basics – 60 minutes – 6pm Tuesday and Thursday: these session are for beginners to intermediate fighters – a mixture of pads and bags – with a focus on developing thee fundamental skills and combinations you need to become competent.
Muay Thai Advanced – 60 minutes – 6pm Mon/Wed/Fri: these sessions are for those outside of their 13 week induction periods. You have developed base level coordination and are capable of demonstrating the basic combos well. You may not have an interest to progress to the ring, but you are looking to train with maximum intensity and further develop your confidence, overall fitness, and mastery the more technical skills of dutch kickboxing.
Fight Club – 7pm Tuesday + Thursday, with sparring on Saturday mornings from 10am. 90+ minutes
* Participation in our fighter program is by approval of the head coach and invitation only. This is only available to those in the team that a ready to commit and go all the way into combat sports.
** Our fighter program comes price on application P.O.A – Marc will discuss the commitment requirements and costs when you are ready to progress.
